Stayed in brand-new suite with a couch and window in the bedroom and specialty cleaned. There were a fridge and an oven upon arrival.

This hotel was fantastic base for exploring Anchorage, appreciated it. The overall atmosphere was quiet, though some stuff members where absolutely rude. I booked a deluxe king studio for 1 night and had a fairly nice stay. The breakfast I had was fine with boiled eggs.

My son & I stayed at the Inn the first & last nights of our stay in Alaska. We were very comfortable there. Thanks so much for your helpfulness & friendliness. The shuttle service was also very much appreciated.

I was impressed with how large the room was. In fact it was 4 rooms (kitchen, sitting room with desk, bedroom, and bath) - not to mention a very roomy closet. I stayed in 3 hotels this trip, and this one had the most space. I had requested a ground floor and got it.
I hated the pumpkin walls and burgundy drapes. But for the price I could overlook that. And the pictures on the walls I really liked.

i liked the convenience and the price. i was awoken at about 4 am or so by loud talking. it is perfectly decent hotel and good value. i would pay more next time for nicer accommodations.

We were very dissapointed-nothing like thephotos on line. Our room was dirty with broken lamps and molding falling off the walls. I will say breakfast was great and the hostess there was excellent. If we had not been so tired from travel I would have gone elsewhere. There was a woman's fake eyelash on our headboard-I thought it was a bug. The headboard was broken off the wall as well. Don't stay here!

The staff were wonderful,very friendly,polite and helpful our entire stay.The size of our room was amazing and the kitchen was large with new full size appliances.The hotel was well maintained and very clean.I will reccomend this hotel to everyone and we will stay here again in the future.
